I DIDN'T KNOW @FIRST SHE WAS EVEN INVOLVED , MY HUSBAND AND I HAD GONE THREW ALOT AFTER WE MADE THE CHOICE TO MOVE IN WITH HER AND HELP HER AFTER WE LOST MY FATHER IN LAW. THERES SO MUCH MORE TO THE STORY BUT THE TRUTH IS , I THOUGHT ALOT OF MY MOTHER IN LAW. I DIDN'T KNOW HER ALL THAT WELL , SO WHEN I MOVED IN WITH HER I WAS SO HURT OVER THE OUTCOME OF ALL OF THIS.

Your mother or mother in law ? anyway what did she sign? Is it something that involves your well being or money? If it major confront her about it , as it maybe very important. If fathers around ask him for help?Not good best of luck not much i can do as you didn't say much .Be safe.

Get proof. Take it to your husband. Let him check his ma. If he don't, you take your proof and check her yourself. You credit is your life. You love her son and should not be subjected to her drama and thievish ways. That is just wrong on so many levels.

Find out if it is true. Ask her. Depending on what her answer is, I would decide if charges need to be filed or if talking to her would be enough.
