What happens when you eat? It sounds like you need to see your doctor tomorrow and talk about this.
If you're taking your vitamin, you're doing the best you can do in this situation for right now. BUT you need to get food down, and if you can't, then you need to see a doctor NOW.

You should probably talk with your physician. You should have a good appetite about now. It is important that you maintain a good, balanced diet so that your baby is receiving the best nutrients from you. If you are not eating properly, then your baby is not either. You will have to find foods that don't work up the digestion problems you are having. Let your doctor know about this. Also, you can make a list of the foods that are causing you this problem, and eat around those. Take your prenatal vitamins so you are getting the supplements you need. If it's gas that you are developing, check with your doctor - there are some medications available over the counter that you can take prior to eating (Beano) which can help.

Are you nauseous? If so , get some ground ginger(spice section at grocery store) and sprinkle it in some water and sip.
With my 3rd I had NO appetite plus I was sick as a dog. But honey, I hit 20/21 weeks and my appetite TOOK OFF.
If you feel you aren't able to eat enough to nourish your body and babies, please talk to your Dr. about it.
As far as your digestion problem, is it heartburn?
Chicken broth is a good starter, applesauce is good, cold fruit, etc. Try to nibble a little bit all day long. Be a 'grazer'. There's nothing wrong with eating little bits here and there but make every bite count. no junk food!
Good luck to you!

I think that as long as you are eating healthy things when you are eating that you and your baby will be fine. Most women lose weight in their first trimester just because of nautiousness making us lose our appetite or we throw it all up. The baby will do most of its growing in the last couple of months so just try to eat small servings maybe more often. Your doctor will let you know when there is something to worry about so let him know that this is a concern for you and he can explain why or why to not worry.

I know just what you are going threw. I have a very small stomach so its hard for me to eat more then I am used to. They say you should only eat 300 calories more. I hardly gained any weight and im 25 weeks and I went to my doctor and asked her about it they did an ultrasound and said that she was growing fine so just because you arnt eating a lot it doesnt effect your baby just make sure you eat normal and healthy.

Well if you have seen a significant drop in your desire to eat I would contact your doctor.
If you havn't seen a big drop in your natural desire, and are worried because you think you should be needing more food for the baby don't worry. When you're pregnant you aren't eating for two. It is more important to eat well than alot.
You'll need to eat for two if/when you start breast feeding.
