Goodness Gracious Woman! Your putting me in quite the situation....I'm going to have to rebel and list my top fave's instead of choosing the character I like the most, since I believe that it is the group of characters combined that make the show so deliciously enjoyable.
1) Cartman- respect my authora-tah!
2) Chef, wise man.
3) Butters
4) Mr. Slave.
5) ROBERT SMITH even thought he only came out in one episode :)
6) Terrance & Phillip, they remind me so much of Jane in Wonderland & Belle through the looking glass.

Chef is my favorite. then Stan, Butters, Cartman, Kyle,Kenny and Towlie. All the characters are great!

Besides all the main characters that everyone has mentioned a hundred times, I love Mr. Marsh (he is hilarious!) and Mrs. Hankey, Mr. Hankey's drunken whore of a wife.
