First, morning sickness, aka, all day sickness can last the entire pregnancy. It just depends on you. Peppermint helps settle your stomach.

Second, the tired & dizzy feelings could mean you are anemic (low iron). You need to call your midwife and really emphasize how tired you are. A simple blood test will determine if you need iron supplements.

Congratulations!!!

Some woman have it threw out there whole pregnancy unfortunately. I'm now 25 weeks pregnant and I don't have the morning sickness anymore but I still get dizzy a lot. Drink lots of water and sit down and relax when you do feel dizzy. Good luck!

My second pregnancy I had morning sickness almost 24 hours a day for the first 8 months. I also felt tired for a good share of all of my pregnancies. All of that is normal. The dizziness, however, doesn't sound normal. I'd get it checked out.

I think you're worrying over nothing. Pregnancy is such a huge change for a woman's body to go through that it's no wonder we don't feel good. If your doctor's appointments are going well then the doctor won't be concerned but if it persists there are some prescriptions that they can give you but keep in mind that putting a drug into your system at this point is not ideal so decide if the sickness is worth the risk.

you probably feel awfully sick and tired because you are a anemic.

"During pregnancy, the amount of blood in your body expands until you have almost 50 percent more than usual. And you need more iron to make more hemoglobin for all that additional blood. You also need extra iron for your growing baby and placenta."

this happened to me to and then i took some iron supplements and felt better. the baby is basically stealing all the iron for itself and you need to keep up with your share. ask your doctor for a blood test and get some iron in you!
