Most any common tetras will be a good choice. Cory catfish, gold barbs, checkerboard barbs, Rasbora hets, any killifish and tons of others, but theres a few hundred to pick from :)

In a 30 gallon tank with guppies, some of the smaller rasboras and tetras would be nice. Dwarf gouramies, german blue rams, corydoras catfish, threadfin rainbows, or tatia honeycomb catfish are some other options. Angels will eventually outgrow your tank and will also try to eat the smaller guppies and any babies. I would avoid angels until you get a 55 gallon, and then I still would not put guppies with them.

u havent answered the most important question, ammount of gallons.
you can have an angel with guppie, but do you have enough gallons for the angelfish. angels need a min of 29 gallons as the tank is long and high. you will need a high tank for the angelfish to fully develop.

Angels will generally nip the fins off of Guppies or try to eat the smaller ones. Stick with small community fish, Dwarf Gouramis are always fun fish.

Other livebearers like mollies and platys would go along nicely. You could also keep a few of the smaller sized danios too.

I would suggest tetras, ghost shrimp, or cory catfish, to name a few.

you can have plecos and even bettas but if its guppies then you would want to use caution but you can still only have one betta and you can have those small sharks.

We used to keep mollies with ours. They both eat their young though.
