Can the landlord evict me If i choose not to buy the apartment im living in? It has been converted into a condo and i dont want to buy it. my lease expires in a few months, Will I be able to get a new lease? im in nyc.

Your landlord can evict you at the end of your lease if you choose to not buy. A landlord is NEVER required to renew a lease to anyone, for any reason.
