The U.S. can't afford to elect another of George Bush's ilk to the White House.

When she voted for the war, she gave a speech, boasted about how the war was in America’s best interests and she had thought carefully about her vote. Based on the record, what makes Hillary Clinton the most qualified person in the country to be president?

My problem with Hillary is that she represents inherited aristocratic power, just like our current president. Could little George W have become Governor of Texas or President if he hadn't been the son of George HW Bush? Of course not.

Could Hillary have become a New York senator if she hadn't been married to a past president? Probably not. And she certainly wouldn't have become the heir apparent to the 2008 presidency if she wasn't a former first lady surrounded with Bill Clinton's political advisors.

**** her. Let's elect somebody on their own merits and not the merits of their dad or husband.

Hillary espouses support for the average American, but there is no doubt that she is about as "establishment" as can be and her reforms are likely to be modest like Bill's. Her husband was a fantastic president. Despite what you hear from the Rush, Bill balanced the budget and was starting to build a surplus.

She will never rock the neocon boat and she is likely to be the next president. She is far too conservative for my taste. Vote Green.

We're in the hell did the idea come from that Hillary is secretly a radical socialist?

There are diehard ultra-left wing people out there: people who read Noam Chomsky, protest the WTO, and listen to Sister Souljah do exist (oddly, most of them are secretly spoiled rich kids), but they sure as hell don't run the democratic party.

She is nothing like Bush. She doesn't support the war, she only voted for it because that was the wisest political choice. She has no moral compass whatsoever. She will be just like Bill and follow the polls and do anything for a vote.
She is as left as they come. Don't believe the hype that she is a leftist.

Hillary's cellular structure, much like Romney's, allows her to shape shift, and morph into whatever the most popular stance is at any given moment.

It is rumored that her cellular structure inspired stealth technology.

She is moderate, with a capital M. The only people who ever thought the Clintons were reformist or ultra-liberal were some Republican detractors.

Of course, anyone looks like a "Communist" if you compare them to some foaming-at-the-mouth Neo-Con dinosaur.

I have no idea where people get off thinking that Hillary is socialist, or even liberal for that matter. I wouldn't vote for her simply because she's not liberal enough. She's not even near obama and edwrds as far as being left goes.

It's just the newest slam from her own peers currently running against her, competing for votes - such as Obama.

She's not even remotely conservative. She's a socialist. Concerning the Iraq policy the only thing she would do differently than Obama is to surrender to terrorists in Iraq later or sooner than he would, but they both want to cut and run.
