Lets say I found an apartment that cost only $700/month, how much income would i need to afford that payment + other payments such as food and gas?

How much does it usually cost to live in an apartment?

And, how does a 19 year old quality for finiancial aid when she moves out since i keep hearing a child of 19 is still under her parents so financial aid wont apply?

Financial aid is for college , not so you can just move out on your own .
Utilities will vary depending on the city . Winter utilities in the northern states could be $200 a month .
Groceries depends on how you eat , but most kids can only afford Top Ramen .
In the southern states , the summer utility bill will be the high one ( unless you can do without AC at 105 degrees or heat when it's freezing out )
