No. Getting too close to a black hole will cause you the be ripped apart by tidal forces due to the intense gravity. But even it it didn't, entering a black hole only makes time slow down. You can't travel backward in time by going inside a black hole.

At this time it would not be deemed adviseable to mess with a Black Hole. Current theories suggest that they suck in everything, and nothing escapes, not even light. So, if you were planning on making a jump from one region of space to another via the Black Hole, you would probably be lunch meat in no time flat. Add to that the fact that Black Holes are massive emitters of intense radiation and you can change that last comment to irradiated lunch meat.

black hole is only space with out stares in that space,so yeah faster sailing,no stares in your road,check sails before you go .navagation could be hard at times.
