Unfortunately, you're screwed if you short-term memory is THAT bad...
You are ALREADY logged on, and you have forgotten your PASSWORD already - AND you can't even remember your secret question?????
That is why you are SUPPOSED to pick a question that you KNOW THE ANSWER to...

Type your account name/ number, go to forgot password, then follow all instructions. Sometimes you will automatically be given a new password or you may create your own.

Download this stand alone program. It is good to have it on your computer because it has many uses as you will see.
After downloading, open it and click on the "secrets" in the sidebar. It will reveal a lot of passwords that you have used in IE.

but next time i recomend writing down the password

Re-register. If you have more than one
email address, use a different one from
the first one you used. After a while,
they will delete your unused account.
