Alot depends on what state you live in but over the age of 11 sibling of the oppisite sex can not share a room. How ever unless someone reports a formal complaint with child protective services not alot will be done. As far as shareing a room with you as long as they are not sleeping in the same be as you there is nothing wrong with it. I am a mother of 7 and I when I wake up in the morning or the middle of the night I have to watch where I step because nine out of ten times I have kids that have come in and are sleeping on the floor of my room because they think it is better in my room. If you want let me know what state you are in and I will look in my law books and see if I can find more out for you. This is what I am going to school for so maybe I can help. I would not freak to bad about it most of the time when a child is removed from their parents it is because there have been evidence of some sort of abuse.

No its not illegal, you could let one of the children share room with their grand mother (if its only her), and the other with you. if you have a boy and a girl , buy a inflated bed, and let the boy sleeps on it in either the living room or your bedroom. but their is nothing wrong with sharing rooms, but kids do experiment ( if you know what i mean), so choose wisely. and if its a boy and a girl let the girl share room with grandmother. Good luck , and slap the $hit out of your friend.

No its not illegal she's talking out of her *** but why dont you share a room with your mom so there wont be three to one room how is that a fair arrangement they need their space as children and she is your mom you should share or she could sleep on the coach she should never have allowed her grandchildren to be displaced because of her circumstances

Stop letting people rule your house and she should not know all your business. I have three kids and some mornings I wake up and they are all in my bed. You are the parent you are making room for your mom not molesting them. Girl tell her to mind her business or don't tell her anything.

I don't know your state and I don't know what's legal there or not but if she would report you for making room for your mom she does not need to be your friend and if she continues to want to know tell her buy you a house that will accommodate you and your family and her nosey behind.

Your friends do not know what they are talking about. If you need more room, why don't you get a place of your own to live or have your mom do that. Do not tell everything to your so called friends, it is none of their business.

I don't know what the legal system says.Common sense just says let the boys share a room. But not coop.Little girls should have seperate rooms from the boys.

i don't think i hear-ed of that one , in my family some of them slept together till they where in their teens i hear. i was baby setting for one of them the father complained at first but latter changed his mind so i left it alone it only confused the kids . and it is mostly the one that his now 3boys but only the one gets to sleep with them the others on the floor on their own matters and i thank that's wrong to me all or none. in your case you do what you have to for family but i don't thank its ageist the law any way unless your sleeping with a child molslater
