I have some cold spaghetti. I can put it in a skillet with a little olive oil and cover it with parmagiana cheese and make you a really good hot crispy Italian snack. I actually do make that from time to time. It's really good. I could also make you a nice garlic toast to go with it. YUMMMMM!

My Dad was a chef so I picked up a few things. You are in for a treat:
1) Oven baked Salmon in a Pesto sauce.
2) Asparagus and artichoke salad.
3) Red or white wine? I'm not a traditionalist.....
4) Strawberries and cream for desert.
5) Candlelight.
6) Drops of Jupiter by Train playing on the Ipod stereo.

I have some horse meat.
Okay im kidding I dont but I couldnt resist. Im actually pretty stocked, I have roast, chicken, Ground Beef, cheeses, salad. Hell I could feed an army.
But go with the basics, go with an omlette, or maybe a cheese burger. Not fancy just GB, Cheese, Pepper and a bun (with ketchup and mustard) you cant go wrong.

Let's see, I can make you some corned beef hash on the quick.
I also can make you some omelette's! You can't go wrong with breakfast food.
If not, I can whip you up a cheeseburger and potato chips.
How about a nice bratwurst on a bun, with onions and peppers...
What about spaghetti and meatballs? Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.. I just want to make my guests feel comfortable.
Worst comes to worst, I can make you some martinis or some vodka tonics, or beers, and you won't care so much about the food! :-)

Well I have a batch of home made minestrone frozen and ready to thaw and heat...leftover lasagna from yesterday...garden green bean salad...they're oh so tender...and I always have steaks in the freezer and I think there's a roast too.
Handy always is cream cheese, salsa and taco chips ...layer the cheese, salsa, ad frozen ready grated tex mex cheese and a can of chopped olives and heat and serve with chips. That one's always ready to go...not a "meal" but still fills you nicely when the gang is "hungry" for more.

Well i got some o.j., Eggland's Best eggs, and some cheese slices. So i can make you an egg sandwitch, and a glass of o.j. That's about it. I'm a single guy who lives alone, so my fridge stays pretty low stocked most of the time. Oh, i got a few brews too.
