theres a movie about some people in a motel or that are alone and then they start dying but no one knows who is killing them, and then at the end they show a guy that i think was dreaming or imagening everithing, the whole movie. whats the name??

Identity. I own it. Great movie!
The guy was not dreaming the whole thing. He had a split personality and he imagined that he was John Cusack and made up the whole plot. This was his good personality and that actually got him off being executed. They though that him killing the killer in his imagination killed the bad personality and he was safe to be transported to a mental institution. But..... the killer didn't die because the kid was killer the whole time and he ends up killing the cops.
