yes you give a ugly person a make over or put them on TV with all that make up an cool clothes on then they become desirable.

it's a start.
Some nerdy-looking girls are actually hiding a knockout perfect body, but you can't tell because they dress like a refugee from a cuckoo cult or something.
The ability to carry oneself well, and wear quality clothing that fits as it should with a bit of texture and class can help almost anyone look a lot better.

hell yes then i could see into his soul just take a good look in his eyes and see who he reall y is and just a tip for you STOP BEING SO SHALLOW he isnt ugly ok unless it is paris hilton ...next time dont go around calling people ugly before even see into the window of their souls

guys don't have to work hard at looking good. if they dress well, they're 80% on their way toward "desirable" in my opinion :)
