It is both impossible to grasp and already resting solidly within your hand where it has always been. Be still and know. Don't wander for a thousand miles looking for the thing that is right in front of your face and was already there the moment you were born. Be still and know.

Your question is flawed. What you ask is something that we want to find, yet we already have it, and we feel as if we shouldn't have it because of the certian impossibility of use ever requiring it.

If we seek how can we feel as if we shouldn't have it, if we never knew we had it before.

The only possible answer is security. We always seek it, we all have it, yet we don't see how we ever required it in the first place.

It's called frustration. This is usually the time when you start to consider "is it worth it?" The Buddhist solution is to let go of the seeking or tanha.

The harder you try to catch a butterfly, the harder it flutters about. Leave it alone and it will land on your shoulder.
