likes to drink some milk when i eat cereal in the mornings

is that good for it?

not really, it wont kill it, but milk is not something that any reptiles consume naturally, and it might lead to reeking feces

it isn't known for an iguana to die or get sick from drinking milk...but just to be on the safe side, you should not let it drink the milk because he just might get to used to it and not want to eat its regular food.

Bad idea. You could use it to your advantage in training your iguana and use a very tiny bit once in awhile as a treat.

It's not really good for it....your iguana might like it but it's bad for its digestive system.

Milk can cause bowel problems. In other woeds "screaming diarrhea". Just because he likes it does not mean it is good for him.

No, it's not good for it. They are herbivores, and will have a hard time digesting milk products.

well lets put it this way, when you are writhing in the mouth of a 400lb iguana as he eats you for breakfast, you'll reconsider.

I found you cant force them to eat any thing that doesnt apeal to them. But ask you local vet . they give free advice on phone or call pet smart they sell them .

they eat veggies and fruits why ruin their digestive system they are lizards not humans.
