What's the difference in getting a race bib, vs. an actual race entry for the Chicago Lasalle Marathon and how

How do you participate in the race using either of the two above methods? Also where is the best place to obtain an entry to the race now that the registration period is closed? Are there any sites that provide information matching individuals who can't make the race and those who would like to run in it?

Marathons usually have an Expo the Friday and Saturday before the Sunday race. you can go there and register and get a race bib. When you fill out the entry form for the race, you will get a race bib, it's all together.
They should have a website for their marathon, google it.
