Just recently, trying to supervise a staff of 12 female housekeepers. True, men and women have some differences, but for the most part, it's a matter of the good people do their job and the worst are just biding time to get fired. Those in the middle require various amounts of supervision.

I went through a separation & divorce. It was the first time in my life that I'd ever lived alone. It put me in a depression for a long time. I had to learn to live all over again. Since then, I've made a lot of new friends & I have a deep spiritual life. I'm a lot happier now.

Umm forgiving my father for everything that happened when I was a child. He was and is still an alocohlic and I couldn't bring myself to talk to him. One day I did a meditation (might sound weird) but it really worked, it helped me bring up all the pain and then let go.

I called him after I did that and had the best chat with him.

I struggled my for years and years with him, hid from him if I saw him anywhere and wouldn't talk to him. Basically denied that my dad was my dad.

I love him with all my heart and am so glad I speak to him!!

That is a good question, because the biggest challenge that I had to face was peer pressure. I tried smoking, and I regreted that. I don't smoke anymore, but I regret that a lot. But that's why I don't hang with the wrong crowd anymore. I have learned my lesson.

The biggest challenge I have had to face is having a brain tumor. I was diagnosed when I was 13, and underwent a subsequent surgery to have it removed.
