ive been searching and i cant find a simple sight that you dont have to give a phone number or sign up for..is there any sights out there that you can just view houses that were sold and for how much?? please help!!!

Go on the internet and look up the county property appraiser for the property you are researching. Thse sites are generally free. Just enter an address you want to research, then click "recent sales". Be sure to look at comps that are within your direct area, close to the same amendties, sq footage, number of bedroom and bath, etc Hope this helps

Such a site does not exist. Those records are available at your local county land office/register of deeds. They are also available to realtors if the home was sold thru the local MLS.

If you are working with a real estate agent, they should do this for you. I believe they are called comps, you should get one for the neighborhood before you make an offer on a house
