In Internet etiquettes, TYPING IN ALL CAPS IS CONSIDERED YELLING. IF SOMEONE YELLED AT YOU, WOULD YOU THINK THEY ARE BEING RUDE? Also, using upper and lower case letters is easier to read.

Check for a bad lid switch if it dosen't pump out or spin. If it pumps out you have a bad drive coupling between the motor and gearcase.
This only applies if the washer is less than 15 years old.

If your washer is washing ok, but the motor does not run in the spin cycle - your door switch is defective - replace it.
If the motor runs in the spin cycle, but does not pump out the water, then your pump is clogged or defective.

As far as caps is concerned, somebody else took it upon theirselves to dictate to the rest of us morons what is rude and what is not.
