Look on the "Emissions" sticker over the radiator, or on the air filter housing. Or under the underside of the hood.

My 305 was always set at 6 degrees BEFORE TDC not after. I dont know why yours would be different if its stock. hope this helps

basic timing should be between 0 and roughly 8 degrees BEFORE TOP DEAD CENTER
