For a long time I was a dog person, but cats must have known I had potential and kept showing up, smiling, purring
and rubbing against my leg. I used to sigh and look down
at them and think.....what do they want anyway. I just wasn't
on their wave length. Then, one evening, I was out on my
porch crying over some guy I can't even remember now, and
a perfect stranger-cat came out of nowhere, crawled in my
lap and started to lick my face. I never realized how
sensitive and caring they were. I started taking care of
her and she of me until the day she died and I had to go
to bed for a week with Jose Gold. They get me sooooooo
perfectly and I them and I finally figured out that they're
just like me and maybe I didn't want to see my edginess
reflected so distinctly. Now of course, they've taken over
to the point that I just work for them 24-7. Happy to do it.
by the way, if you have a myspace...we call it mice=space...
click on "video" and pull up "dancing cat"...this is so
infectious that one of my customers said...what's that
kitty cat thing you keep singing...over...over..and...over..
check it out...it's addictive.

I loooove cats, especially kittens. They're so cute when you hold them, but I can't stand the fleas. They bite me all the time, now that my cat had a litter of kittens.
