100 inches square is not 100 square inches, but 100*100=10,000 square inches. So if you wrote what you meant, the pressure would be 100lb/10,000in^2 = 0.010lb/in^2.

... and if you actually meant "100 square inches", then it's

100lb/100in^2 = 1lb/in^2
