Do you say, "Me too", "ditto" or "I love you too"? Or something else?

I say I love you more than bunnies and she says I love you more than ice cream and so on ending with her saying I love you to the moon and back and I say Oh my goodness U do love me!!! Big kisses and hugs. What can I say the only person who loves me is my 6 year old these days. Oh well what more do I need?

I had this really strict rule that i didnt say it unless i meant it.. so if a bf said "i love you" i would say... "thank you" or "I like you but i cant say i love you yet" if i know they dotn mean it like that then i'll say it back.. like to a friend but if they might have feelings other than friendship i just say.. "thank"And to people i love i say "I love you too"

I usually say "I love you too" & luckily it has always been the truth because I don't know what I would do if I didn't really feel the same way about them!

It depends on how i feel about them, if i do love them then i will say "iLove you too", otherwise id go around it by saying "i really like you too". If i say i love a person i really mean it.

I usually say, "I love you, too" accompanied with a big hug.
If its someone I don't love, then I just say, "Thank you".
