While BCCI is an Organisation in existance for the past many years and are official body representing cricket in India, ICL is a set up being launched by a private organisation. I do not think that ICL will be able to compete with BCCI.

Whosoever shows result - ie. interesting and entertaining cricket - will be the winner.

As for comparisons: We are seeing cricket run by BCCI. The way ICL goes about the task, it is no doubt ICL has got some ace up their sleeve.

It is more or less like the old Doordarshan vs sattelite channels. We were thorughly enjoying doordarshan's programmes. But, once other channels cropped up, we were taken by surprise what a television programme can be.

If there is a stiff competition, cricket would win. In my opinion, both the bodies should be equally strong. Actually BCCI should accept ICL as a challenge without resorting to arm twisting tactics.

it is too early to ask this question ICL is still being formed, new persons being recruited. wait and watch. At the moment BCCI is on the top and it will be very difficult to dislodge BCCI from their place In Indian Cricket

It is not a Q of who wins.Actually ICL is only going to compliment BCCI whether they recognise it or not.Going by the recent activities i feel it will give our players more opportunities,greater exposure and a better future to themselves and Indian cricket.
I would like it to succeed and not get caught in controversy.
