not as much as I should...I always just end up beating myself up mentally for everything....but I really should start...
i hear it lifts away the burden..

If you mean in prayer , I ask God everyday, if you mean in the Sacrament of Reconciliation ,I go 4 times a year , one in each season of the year. I also ask for forgiveness on a weekly scale at the Penitential Rite at Mass on Sunday and Holy Days.

I don't have to ask for it much, but if I say something wrong to my boyfriend, I can tell when he's upset, so I ask for an opology. Luckily he's says it's okay.
