The only cards worth money are the player's rookie cards and from the 4 names you've listed, only Magic and Bird's rookie are worth a lot while Pippen RC is priced at $ 25. Reggie Lewis is not worth a dime since his career never really finished (R.I.P. Reggie).

It depends on what company the cards are, the rarity of the card, if they are autographed, card condition etc. Go to Beckett.com and type the name of the player, the year of the card and the card number and see how much dealers are selling them for.

Larry Bird's rookie card is worth a little bit and I have Pippen's rookie and its not worth anything. I even got it signed and its not worth anything

Yeah I have a Reggie Lewis card myself, I don't know what its worth, it don't matter, I'm not selling.
