I've seen conspiracy theories that say 9/11 was caused by aliens and that every NASA failure is a success due to the alliance of the "Black Ops Government" and aliens.

Seriously, how many conspiracy theories have been proven to be correct? Can anyone think of one? You want to know why real scientists don't get involved in this? Cause they're all junk science and conjecture.

I just can't really believe that so many people can be so dumb over the years that nothing was done about all of it, that's what makes me doubt it all. Every time through history when new times and new things are invented, there are people who fear the change and long for the simpler things in life.

Yes there are lots of things that are bad for us out there, but there is a lot of good too. I don't know if every wealthy person is completely greedy enough to want total control, and to want bad to come to us. We can only just try to pick our leaders for what they can do to make it better, and we have to live the way that will make us healthier and ignore the comercialism.

Sorry, I have my own conspiracy theory.
I believe that Bush is allowing illegals to help destabilize our country and keep the focus away from the formation of the North American Union.
Once we wake up and realize what has been done we will fight back.
Then the illegals will try to take advantage of our in-fighting and try to take part of our country, this will cause Martial Law, our troops will not want to fight fellow citizens, Mexico will jump in to defend their people who are fighting here.
America will be unable to stop the strife, the UN will step in, take control, and HELLO New World Order.
Sure, it is thin, it would require planning and working together by opposing political factions.
However, remember Bush vs Kerry? Would it really make a difference which Skull and Bones member was in charge of the country?

The net is not the only forum for crackpots. You can see them on things like The Discovery Channel, and the Science Channel. Many times local news will pick up any crackpot scientist if they think it will give them a good headline. Everything must be analyzed.

To assume men with power DON'T conspire to get more power is naive.

The foundation of the Federal Reserve, and the rise of the military complex are the two most significant events that has influenced our foreign policy and defense policy.

We are protected by two vast oceans, an armed population and two pages of divine inteligence, the United States constitution. That is our defense policy our forfather set for us.

WWI,WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Gulf War I, we never drew first blood in these wars. It was always an attack on us that drove us into war. An attack that mobilized a country, the propaganda value of Lufistania, Pearl Harbor, DMZ incursion, Tonkin, Kuwaitt is obvious...

If 9-11 was really "terrorists", it would be the first such incident that caused a world war. 9-11 was a tool used by these people to create the only thing that matters to them. MONEY, POWER and EGO. $Cha-ching$. Why are American soldiers trained to take over oil rigs and oil tankers, why does the american public pay to train our military to protect global corporations?

Since the establishment of the federal reserve the Federal government has been able to borrow money to pay for war, change forgein governments and FORCE our ideology upon the world. This also alowwed the bankers to take over all money, printing of money and Intrest rates. Our forefathers warned us of messing with the internal affairs of other countries, the real George W. warned of "entangling forgein alliances" For example Pakistan, or Saudi Arabia.

The war machine or Military industrial complex will stop at nothing, including killing three thousand Americans, to keep the machine churning out the ever important $$.

They hide behind the 'terrorists', they use us against us, pitting Liberal vs. Conservative, using words like, ISLAMOFASIST or PATRIOTISM. They divide us so we can not attack them because we're too busy fighting each other. They use fear, they strike a chord in our hearts that we are in danger, we are going to die that these"muslims" will stop at nothing to cut your head off. They use the media to brainwash us, so we don't care or we don't know, they use Religion to justify their moral accomplishments, to inspire those to fight and as a "line in the sand" You're either with us or against us.

You should always check and then cross check facts...when done with that do some research on the ones writing the stories..and any other name mentioned in the story. It's your only shot at getting most of the truth.

I think the net gives crackpots a forum to spout their nonsense, and there is a fraction of people whose worldview accomodates crackpot conspiracies.
