What was the ultimate 80s movie? Opinions?

Without a doubt it is definitely The Breakfast Club.
Why?
Because it defined the 80's teens accurately.
You had the Preppy Girl with her fuzzy sweaters, lip gloss, and pearls. She was self centered and materialistic.
The Nerd. He was on a first name basis with the school staff and only received detention because he finally decided to retaliate after being bullied.
The Jock. Sports was his life. He enjoyed hearing stories about bullying people and even participated. That's how he got detention.
The "Freak". Not a name I would use but sadly that was the term used to describe people like her back then. Just completely different from everyone else as far as clothes, hair, and behavior.
The Stoner or as we actually called them the "Rocker". Rebellious but not really by choice. Family problems led him down the road he was on.
I would really love them to do a reunion movie about them. All of them look so much different now but it would be interesting to see what kind of storyline the writers would create. Would the preppy be a single out of work mom? The Freak a CEO in a major corporation. The nerd a gigolo? The jock a used car sales men with a large gut and 2.5 kids and an unhappy wife? The Stoner a politician working to end world hunger? The possibilities are endless.
