Rome wasn't built in a day. Neeld has had a baptism by fire unlike no other but he strikes me as being both level headed and uncompromising in his approach. The next test he faces will be patience. It takes a long time to change a player list, and the culture and work ethic of the team. I think that over 2 or 3 seasons he can put them in the final 8 but the biggest question is how many toes he treads on and whether the powers that be at Melbourne can wait that long.

Chris connoly with maybe Voss as assistant. Then Voss can take over after.

i think that fremantle and melbourne might do a swap in coaches
as far as fremantle go i think that they shuld keep mark harvey get michael voss as assisstant coach

as a dees supporter i would love to see sheeds as coach but many others i have spoken to rekon he's too old...
