i wanted to perform in a local farmer's market but a lady came up to me and told me i need a busker licsence i want to know if that is true i really need some cash in my poket i am 13 anyone with imformation regarding this subject please answer asap thank u

Yes you need licenses to do most things. You may need the license to perform but also a state and city business license and permission from the market's owner.
