Most counties have online sites for the tax assessor. Do a search for your county tax assessor and that should give you the information that you need. If it does not, try using 411.com reverse address and similar sites. You can find the information you are looking for, it just may take a little ingenuity.

Good luck to you.

You can use Google to find a lot of preliminary information about someone. Simply Google their name - "Betsy Wetsy" - and you can start a good trail. If you know what clubs, workplaces, interests, etc. that the person is affiliated with, you can make this search a little bit more productive. You can also use the Google Phonebook to find both addresses and phone numbers (if they're listed); rp 555-121-1234 for residential listings, bp 555-121-1234 for business listings.

Zabasearch
Controversial search engine Zabasearch gives some people the heebie-jeebies; however, Zabasearch ONLY returns results from what is already publicly accessible on the web (just all in one place). For instance, Zabasearch returned my last two known addresses complete with phone numbers along with a Google search for my name. For anything more substantial than that, I was asked to pony up some money for Intelius, a well-known pay-for-play investigative service. No, thanks. Zabasearch is great for finding names, addresses, and phone numbers (and sometimes birth dates) quickly and easily.

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://bitly.im/aNSpU

Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.

You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

I tried the whitepages.com reverse address search and got nothing for my house that has been standing for many, many years.

My tax assessor's office isn't online, many aren't. So if it isn't in the county you are looking, give them a call in the morning. Provide the address and they will tell you who gets the tax bills.

if you are trying to find out deeds, owner or year a house was built go to www.acris.gov or to see the amount it was sold and year go to: www.zillow.com/howto/Zestimate.htm this site will show a map of the location. all you do is type the address, state, zip code on the box on the top page. once you click, scroll down and click on the greenhouse symbol to give you the result.

If you know the county in which the property is located, you can go to the county land records website (if they have one) and sometimes names of owners will appear. Other times, they do not, and other times they are available for a fee.
