Try to keep away from people, especially if they are the reason I am in a bad mood. Other than that, read, watch a good DVD, go outside and walk...

It all depends on lots of different factors. My first answer is that I'm really good at going to sleep to avoid things. Beyond that, much of it has to do with what kind of bad mood you're thinking of and what I think caused the bad mood in the first place. If I'm mad at someone and that's what's causing my bad mood, I tend to think it would work to confront them but, it doesn't. They rarely understand or take responsibility for putting me in a bad mood and that just makes me angrier because they're right about my own bad mood being my own responsibility.

I try to find a good friend who has a knack for getting me in a god mood. I don't want to waste time being in a bad mood and possibly taking it out on someone else who doesn;t deserve it. So find someone you can trust who will be there for you.
I have, and it has meant the world to me.
If they are not around, do something that will distract you from your present mood. Read, walk, watch tv or a movie.

If it is directed at a person--sometimes I will stand in front of a mirror and tell the person what I think. lol
If it is just a mood, I try to stay away from people--knowing it will pass--and be miserable alone. No use infecting others.
Or call a good friend and let off steam.
Good luck

I try to keep to myself, so as not to hurt anyone's feelings by snapping at them. I know that as time passes, so will the bad mood. I try not to make any important decisions until it passes.
