In Acts of the Apostles, James was named as "brother of the Lord". Jesus was of the House of David, meaning that many people with origins in Bethlehem were related.

This is Astronomy and Space. While we are no pagans and heathens, like Creationist hard-heads think, we answer questions related to the section topic.
Brothers -- James, the Righteous, Simeon and Judas (or Jude).
Sisters -- two, but names are not clear.
Two grandsons of Judas.
and possibly Judas Kyriakos, the last Jewish Christian Bishop (ca 148 AD)

i dont know about brothers but he did have cousins.and this does not relate to astronomy.
