Even though I've been an Obama08 supporter and continue to be, Bill Richardson seems like he deserves more credit and that he definitely has the most experience both in foreign policy and american government. I'm glad some polls are putting him in the top 3 democratic candidates because he definitely deserves it.

I like Bill. I think he's a decent guy. But when you hear him speak, he just doesn't inspire confidence. Does he sound presidential to you? To me he seems more like the popular manager of the local supermarket or the kids' favorite little league coach. Nothing wrong with that, it's just not my idea of presidential material.

Unless something changes significantly between now and the election, Hillary Clinton will be our next president. With luck, Obama will be vice president, and maybe president next time around.

If talking experience and qualifications only (not the policy proposals), then it is tough to find someone with the credentials of Bill Richardson.

He has served in Congress.

He was Secretary of Energy and Ambassador to the UN.

He is currently the Governor of New Mexico.

In short, that gives you experience as a legislator at the federal level (though that would only eliminate some of the Republican candidates), experience as a chief executive (which eliminates all of the remaining democratic candidate and the Republican candidates who were not eliminated at the previous level), and experience as a diplomat.

However, choosing a President is not solely about who has the best resume, which is why Richardson is currently struggling.

Based upon exp. and qualifications..Bill Richardson or Joe Biden both have ten times the exp. of Billary or Obama. Obama likes to brag about not supporting the war from the start, but fails to mention he was not there when the first vote was cast-because he was not in office at that time.

I am leaning more and more towards Sen. Joe Biden. Bill Richardson definitely is also very qualified. I hope that we can hear more from these two. Unfortunately they don't have seem to have the funds that put them out for us to see.

I know people keep playing the inexperience card on Obama but the truth is the greatest presidents in history were inexperienced, Washington, JFK, and even Lincoln ( who was also from Illinois and lost and election there). His words are inspiring and he seems to be the 1st real candidate to make change and think with is mind and not his mouth, thats why I vote Obama 08

Probably Hillary, though I am not a fan of either of the Clintons. It would be a pity if the first woman President got there largely because of her husband instead of on her own.

If we must go Democrat, we might be able to survive a Richardson presidency.

Tough question. I'd have to lean towards Biden on experience and qualifications.
