why isn't he wanted by the FBI for his role in the 9/11 terrorist attacks?!
do we have any actual evidence linking him to 9/11 or is this just rhetoric ?

he is wanted but not for 9/11. he is wanted for the attacks on the embassies in Africa.

It takes very little research to determine that the 9/11 Commission Report is incomplete and inaccurate. It amazes me that the government can continue to produce and back such nonsense. The case against him and the named terrorists is so flimsy, it would not stand up in court (excluding a secret kangaroo military court).
Bin Laden appears to be tightly linked to the Bushes. Several of the accused terrorist hijackers are alive and well although they supposedly were on the planes that crashed!
Ameican media appears to be a slick, greedy propaganda machine with no taste for conflict with the government's version of the truth.
My conclusion is that Bin Laden is a scape goat.

The bin Laden conspiracy is ludicrous. One would have to be completely brain dead to embrace that line of crap. The more likely conspiracy is that our own government pulled off that crime, much as they had planned a similar crime in Operation Northwoods. A few of the real criminals responsible for 9-11 are revealed in this short video.
