This has got to be a league that is Custom. There is no way this team can be for real...Honestly
QB - Lack luster to say the least. You need to trade, and trade badly. Cutler and Leinart are good bye week QB's but to start every week is just murder. They aren't going to put up the projected numbers like some people think. That isn't good.
RB - 2 really outstanding running backs. It seems you choose them 1 and 2 and that is really smart. Jackson is going to have a huge year and so is MJD. I am still concerned here because MJD is in a split back system with Taylor. That might limit his playing time and that will weaken his stats.
WR - Outside of Holt...you got nobody. I know Colston had a big season last year, and that is because nobody had ever heard of him. Now that teams know about him, and with the departure of Joe Horn, he is going to get their best DB. I don't see him putting up the same numbers. Also...DJ Hackett? Come on now, there has to be a better receiver in the FA pool
TE - Its alright. With all of Brady's new weapons on offense, will we get the ball?
K - Its a kicker
DEF - Possibly the worst defense in the NFL today. The raiders suck, end of story. You need a better defense and quickly. A good defense can carry a team some weeks, this defense might actually cause you to lose games.
Overall I give it a 3/10. I am only giving it a 3 because you have 3 good players. Other than that, this team sucks. I either see a last or second to last for you. Make some trades, see if anybody will play around with their team to help you out. Other than that, you might wanna forget this team dude. Sorry
Good luck

jay cutler is probably gonna have a pretty good season but i dont know about him being a fantasy starter, i would consider starting him and leinart depending on what defense their playing each week
jones drew i wouldnt trust cause he shares carries, and we dont know if he can be consistently good but i do like steven jackson
your receivers have good potential but besides torry holt their not definite good starters
ben watson is a bit inconsistent
might wanna look to make trades and check the waiver wire frequently to improve QB, RB, and WR

your team's avg dawg...takn a lot of risk
your taking a risk with cutler and leinart
they either gonna do good or bad
steven jackson is a beast...nice pick
MJD is sharing the load with fred taylor, who i think will get hurt again..
nice pick with torry holt, he never fails to put up good numbers
however,,hackett sucks and colston only had a great rookie campaign...so colston's a risk
ben watson is a good pick..brady will spread the ball n with graham gone, watson's the starter
raiders defense? cmon...san fran's D is better
dunn's hurt and bennet's 3rd string wr and like 5 option overall
