I finally got to level 2. How should I celebrate? Also I had an account that was suspended at level 4 almost 5 does anyone know if they reinstate it or does it remain closed forever?

once its killed... unless you can prove the suspension was a mistake..its gone for ever...

To celebrate, have a kit-kat bar. If you appealed your account suspension there's a very teensy chance they'll bring it back up.
