Your question is waaaaayyyyy too vague. There are many many builds that are effective in PvP, however most of them will require all 3 campaigns.

You left out many important details. What profession? What type of PvP? How experienced are you? Do you have all skills unlocked yet?

I am new to MMO's and since I am confortable using 360 controller for player movement. Is it possible to change control scheme onto 360 controller (windows-pc)? I try to search but I dont see nothing coming up! Your help would be appreciated. thanks!
