DO NOT mix Drano with bug spray-the creature you kill could be yourself. If you have what I think going on there is rotting biological material somewhere in your drainpipe. Use drano, clear it out and the little flies will go away.

In response to the answer from Kateesa N, NEVER mix chemicals, especially not Drano and Bug Spray. The Drano or bleach will work, but don't mix them together, it could cause an extremely undesirable chemical reaction...Ammonia isn't a good idea either, because of the fumes, but if you don't plan to go in there for a while, it would be effective. Lysol would smell better while still getting the job done. Whatever method you choose, pour boiling hot water down the drain several hours later to help push down the residue of whatever attracted flies to your drain.

RE:
We have little mini flies in our shower and we suspect they're coming from the drain?
What is a good way to get rid of them?

Well, I think that this would work best if you have ever used "Drano", then hopefully you know it works very well just because it slowly goes down the drain cleaning everything. I am pretty sure the Drano alone would kill the mini flies because it has strong chemicals, but if you find any cheap kind of bug or fly spray, pour the drano gel by the drain and then spray some of the fly spray so that it kind of mixes in. You should have extra incase you ever have to use it again but for the time being I am pretty sure that will work.

If they aren't coming from the drain they are going to it to drink and feed. Get some spray cleaner with bleach and spray not only the drain but the entire tub and it's a good idea to hit the sinks in the house as well.

They aren't several established options available, and actually those that are frequently used don't give lasting results. For example, physicians frequently recommend precise procedures to remove moles and warts but with this specific guide, Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal from here you will find out that's another way https://tr.im/5MTVd
Whenever you will use Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal system you'll feel so far better about yourself. You will have the ability to venture out again, without the embarrassment at all because this technique operates on every form of mole, epidermis tag, and wart. It is actually safe to make use of for genital warts.
The very best portion of Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal program is that you will not have any marks or other spot when your label is gone.

Are you sure they're coming from the drain? Maybe they are getting in from around the pipes in the wall like the knob or the shower head and you might need to re-caulk around them. I had this problem with ants. Good luck.

I agree with the drano or liquid fire (read the instructions) we had the same problem,it is a direct result of standing water. That said meanwhile bleach or other cleaning product will work for mosquitos, fruit flies (also known as bar flies) DO NOT MIX PRODUCTS!!! and wear gloves!!!
As I said somewhere, maybe way down there you have standing water, I swear by liquid fire that is sold at hardware store, again read the instructions to find out if it is right for your pipes!!!

I hate those drain bugs. I used to get them in my kitchen sink. Run some bleach and water down there every day for a week, it'll get rid of them. Eventually, they'll go away on their own, after they all hatch.
