Sure they do...depends on who they are working for too. Paralegals are marketable in all 50 states. Where would the lawyers be without them? ...they cover all the bases do all the footwork.

Dude, anyone can suffer from job burnout. As far as the marketability of a paralegal, I'd imagine wherever you have lawyers, there will be a need for someone to do their research and busy-work.

Not really. Without experience it's tough to find a paralegal job.
