Gazelle has an off taste, does not match those. Antelope is much better and may fit well, but if you have a choice, wild boar or preferably venison would be better.

Those both taste too much like chicken,Somebody mentioned Zebra!Mmmm,yummy! Skip the bread,everything's better when it sits on a Ritz!
Throw in some cream cheese and a jug of rootbeer,...you've got yourself meal!

I would do gazelle, with a nice sweet and sour sauce and some grilled squash and peppers. I think that would be a nice treat!
