Always. You don't know what the heck your neighbors are into. For all you know they deal drugs a 3 in the morning while the rest of the neighborhood is asleep.

would you call that strange if you lived next door to a old acoholic couple and we never speak to each other...been about 7 and half years...talked to them maybe 3 or 4 times in that time and everytime the lady has to open her drunkin mouth and then we go on months or years without speaking again?

One of my neighbours wife slipped on soap and died in the shower...Who else believes that? My family think he murdered her but there is no evidence.
Another neighbour always has the gards called, but no one calls them on him, they just always arrive at his house we dont know why...

yeah...this stupid 3 legged neighbor cat keeps climbing into my trash can and gets stuck. I swear...next time it will have to stay in there!
