If you're talking about literature, and you want to read books about... self distructive ways, then I suggest you read "Crank", by Ellen Hopkins. I had to read it for school... and I think it's pretty obvious what it's about. It's written in verse, and it's pretty dramatic. So is "Impulse", which is by the same author, and is about kids that have attempted suicide. I haven't read it, but a friend of mine has, and she says it was good too.

Good luck finding what you're looking for!

About anorexia? You mean medical/psychology books, or what?

Anything not lame? Well, heck, that narrows it down to several million books, depending on your taste.
