Im trying to download a movie, but I have to leave my computer for a while, I need it to stay online while Im gone....

adjust power setting's and turn screen saver off.
start
control panel
performance and maintenance
power options, set to never.
on desktop right click and choose properties
go to screensave tab and set to none.
that will stop that from happening.

AOL, is one of the worst, they have a feature that if you qre inactive for a certian period they will automaticly log you off, or drop your connection. Many services do this.

if there is a link that says KEEP ME LOGGED ON click on it and see what happens

there is probably a way of fixing this in the settings menu
