i just installed a power supply into my new computer, i turned it on, and it worked fine. I also wanted ot isntall a new gfx card so i turned off my comptuer but realized id idnt' disable the drivers. Tried to trun it back on and it turns on, however the front power light of the ocmputer doesn't come on, and there's no picture on the monitor, no idea whats wrong.

All the no-brainer stuff is fine, teh card and monitor are hooked up fine, it's just not coming on for some reason.

Put back the old card. If everything works fine again, the problem is w/ the new card. It might be a HIGH WATTAGE card that draws mainly from the +12V rail. Your new power supply might be very strong on the +3.3V and +5V rails but weak on the +12V rail.
A video card does not need a driver to display POST and BIOS menu, so it should turn on if it is working properly.

Next time please reduce the guessing game by providing more details such as power supply wattage or model and video card make and models.

Make sure the monitor is connected to the power supply. You also need a video card connected as well as the monitor connected to the video card for the image on the monitor to come up. You might also need to connected power supply cable to the video card. (some need more power and others just need to be plugged into the motherboard. Check on the side of the card if there is no place to stick the power supply on)

I am not sure about the front panel, check to make sure the wires are correctly connected. You don't need to disable any drivers.
