I saw this in a movie about 2 decades ago. I was impressed,bemused and felt "embarassingly-further-educated" Here it is:
Did it ever occur to you that our English language made a big "BOO-BOO" when they named "hemmorhoids" what they are and "asteroids" what THEY are. NOW< doesn't it seem LOGICAL to switch these two terms around because if you think about this, HEMMORHOIDS should be in the HEMMISPHERE and ASTEROIDS should be on your AS*
AM I RIGHT? I THINK SO!!!!!
