If by "middle east" you mean Maryland, then yes.

I cant speak for all middle Easterners, because part of the middle east is in Africa where they can be very dark skinned. However Lebanese people are considered white because they are typically very light.

No, people from the middle east are known as "Middle Eastern". Unless you're from Israel or something and that's a whole nother discussion.

They're not European but sometimes they're either dark skinned or light skinned. There are European people who have darker skin than other European people so a lot of times European and Middle Eastern people have the same skin tone. Maybe they are considered white but I don't know.

Race doesn't exist. It's a social construction. Social, not scientific.

There are people with different skin colors all over the place, and that's about as much as you can say, scientifically-speaking.
