If they started the war for personal gain, if they knew about 9.11 and wanted to start a war in the Middle East for oil and American power. If Bush officials continue to be indicted and found guilty what is America to make of this situation and the overall situation in Washington.

If Bush officials continue to be indicted? The only indictment and jury was with Libby, and that was a fabricated circumstance (considering there was never any legitimate reason to be running an investigation in the first place). So, I don't see much else on the horizon.
One can easily look at the results and see how silly and baseless the ideas for personal gain, 9.11 and oil claims are.

Terrorists are
1. There is no personal gain for anyone.
2. They did not know about 9-11.
3. If we wanted oil, we would have taken all of it. We could have easily drilled for it here.
4. Being indicted is not being convicted.
Lots of ifs. No evidence. Lots of baseless charges.
