First grab a bottle of champagne or other fave alcoholic or non alcoholic drink, get laid, go ta a party and be the man of the night, come back to your computer and do the Macarana then answer more questions till you get to level five and feel more like a guru everyday.

i think after all that hard work you put in to getting to level 4 you should do a victory dance and then relax watch a good film order a take away and enjoy my friend enjoy xx
